Veganism, Albert Einstein and ''The Connected Universe''

"We are spiritually interconnected, part of a unified whole. There are no 'others,' only One, from which all emanates."

Albert Einstein is one of the most famous figures in history. He was a scientist known for his formula, E=MC(2). Einstein was a vegetarian during the last years of his life, although he had supported the idea for a long time. In a letter to Max Kariel he said, "I have always eaten animal flesh with a somewhat guilty conscience," and soon after became a vegetarian. Einstein's famous quote:

"Nothing will benefit health or increase chances of survival
on earth as the evolution to a vegetarian diet."

and further commenting...

''A human being is a part of the whole, called by us "Universe,"
a part limited in time and space.
He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings
as something separated from the rest,
a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
This delusion is a kind of prison for us,
restricting us to our personal desires and
to affection for a few persons nearest to us.
Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison
by widening our circle of compassion to embrace
all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.''

Spiritually and scientifically we understand that everything is made of energy. Everything consists of a particular vibration. Without vibrational energy, nothing would exist at all.

The choices we make in life alter our energy vibration, creating karma that either binds us or sets us free.

What we eat permeates the cells of our body, which then has an effect on our energetic vibration (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually). By eating 100% whole, plant-based food nourishes our mind, body and spirit, raising our energy vibration. But, when we eat animals (or use their products) that have been in a state of pain or suffering in any way, we invite that energy vibration of misery into own being. That animal's suffering literally becomes a part of us.

''Many of us now know that spiritually we are all connected and that everything in the Universe is connected. Most people have become indoctrinated by their upbringing to believe that they are separated from other human beings and all other life forms. That is simply false, there are no 'others', there is only One, and out of the One are All.''

The illusion of separation has been wound so firmly on the ego that it fights vehemently for its own survival. The human ego doesn’t want our soul to embrace our deepest compassion; for true compassion is about oneness and interconnectivity. True compassion means the death of the ego.

Humankind has become destructive, causing massive devastation and suffering for almost all sentient life. The violence that is committed against animals, has, however, mostly been covered up; carried out behind closed doors, protecting us from the blood-shed and horror.

How easy it is to deny responsibility when we don’t have blood on our own hands. Most of us stand behind a veil, believing that we are compassionate and loving beings because we don’t inflict the torture ourselves. Or do we? We make that choice, consuming flesh and produce from other living creatures, calling it food, distanced from the fact, that we are indeed responsible for the brutal deaths of billions of animals every year. We know this in our hearts. Yet how many of us choose to ignore it?

Humankind was meant to thrive.  The world is indeed waking up. Be part of that awaking and live fully, live well.

This fascinating journey of exploration of the connection of all things in the Universe is narrated by the legendary Sir Patrick Stewart. The film explores the mechanism of connection of all things in the Universe. Watch the full movie here.

A SIMPLIFIED Guide to Manifest Anything You Desire

"Embrace New Thought principles in a concise journey toward manifestation. Align your desires with purpose, weaving simplicity and intention into a tapestry of fulfillment. Manifest wisely, manifest consciously." Michael Corthell Following these three fundamental steps will set you on the path to achieving the life you've always envisioned and accomplishing your desired goals. The primary component in manifesting any desire is faith or belief that the desire is ALREADY in existence, plus feeling the joy and gratitude associated with the realization of the desire fulfilled. 1. Be clear on what you want What’s your goal? Is it about spending more time with your family? Is it about having more money? Do you want more power or control over your life? More happiness? The number one rule in manifesting what you want is to know exactly what you want. 2. Visualize what you desire Picture where you want to be, how you want to be, or what you desire. Be very specific about this. Ma
