Universal Equality Equals a Peaceful Global Civilization

"Open-mindedness and evidence-based thinking are the pillars that dismantle prejudice and ignorance, paving the way for a more enlightened and inclusive society." ''Universal equality stands as an indispensable pillar for nurturing a harmonious global society. By eradicating disparities rooted in gender, race, and socio-economic background, we empower every individual to contribute fully to their communities. This inclusivity fosters understanding, reduces conflict, and fuels collaboration across cultures. Historical examples demonstrate that societies with greater equality tend to be more stable and peaceful. Thus, a commitment to universal equality is a vital step toward realizing a peaceful and prosperous global civilization. '' Michael Corthell Opinion in the absence of evidence is prejudice, and it stems from ignorance. Forming judgments without a solid foundation of facts undermines the pursuit of truth and fosters division in society. It is essential t

Global Unity and Equality

"Equality means treating every person, no matter who they are, with respect and fairness. It's about justice, breaking down unfair systems, and making sure everyone gets their fair share." Michael Corthell   What do we mean by 'equality'? Equality encompasses the fundamental principle of ensuring that each and every individual is granted fair and impartial opportunities to fully explore and utilize their inherent potential and capabilities. It revolves around the notion that no person should encounter diminished life prospects solely due to circumstances beyond their control, such as their birth, socio-economic background, personal beliefs, or physical or cognitive abilities. At its core, equality represents the unwavering belief that every human being, regardless of their diverse attributes, should be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. It stands as a formidable pillar of justice, emphasizing the eradication of unjust hierarchies and systemic disadvantag

Oneness is The Foundation of Equality: The Spirit is Neither Male nor Female

by Michael Corthell Studies have  shown  there is much less of a difference in male/female behavior than you might think. A comparison of several of these studies has also shown, that none of these gender stereotypes we experience has any basis in fact. Also, other research  in neuroscience illustrates that there is no difference between the female brain and the male brain at birth . It can therefore be rightly assumed that the family dynamic, plus societal influences, mold gender behaviors. When we think of ourselves strictly in human, gender-based terms, we are not really seeing the true nature of ourselves. ''I am not an angel," I asserted; "and I will not be one till I die: I will be myself.'' ― Charlotte Bronte, Jane Eyre The human soul is created by God and is eternal from it's creation, and is in the image of God. When Jesus (God incarnate) was speaking about the subject of marriage in Heaven, He made it very clear

[EQUAL] ...Not more than >, or less than < ...

“I am fond of pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cats look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals.” ― Winston S. Churchill See every life as a life and  every human being as a human being.

[Just Imagine] a new world, a one nation world of free people...

“Loyalty to country ALWAYS. Loyalty to government, when it deserves it.” ― Mark Twain Nationalism(in any country) is like this; people will do great acts of evil for what they perceive is the common good if they can spread out the guilt of those acts among the many. “I love America more than any other country in the world and, exactly for this reason, I insist on the right to criticize her perpetually.” ― James Baldwin

[Equality] is the singularity

I am in favor of animal rights as well as human rights.  That is the way of a whole human being. - Abraham Lincoln The same spirit that inhabits all human beings resides in all animals. Are People Like Animals? I thought about what people do to each other. And I said to myself, “God wants people to see that they are like animals. The same thing happens to animals and to people—they die. People and animals have the same ‘breath.’ Is a dead animal different from a dead person? It is all so senseless! The bodies of people and animals end the same way. They came from the earth, and, in the end, they will go back to the earth. Who knows what happens to a person’s spirit? Who knows if a human’s spirit goes up to God while an animal’s spirit goes down into the ground?” - Solomon, Ecclesiastes 3

[Equality] 'I was born as I am...what's your story?'

“Love him and let him love you. Do you think anything else under heaven really matters?”   – James Baldwin In his iconic novel Giovanni’s Room, gay author James Baldwin makes a powerful statement about love. He proclaims that sex and gender don’t matter; all that matters is that two people love each other. Nothing should stand in their way if they have love in their hearts. These words resonated with millions of people who felt like their emotions were invalid because of the gender of the object of their love. With this quote, Baldwin assured them that it didn’t matter because love is love. Equality means more than passing legislation. Equality is won in the hearts and minds of the the people. That's where it really counts.

[Equality] of all lives...

“I am not an angel," I asserted; "and I will not be one till I die: I will be myself.” ― Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre The primary problem with our current culture is that while it honors merit, equality, and a level playing field, at the same time it also greatly honors those with wealth, power, and celebrity, no matter how they are achieved. “He - and if there is a God, I am convinced he is a he, because no woman could or would ever fk things up this badly.” ― George Carlin

Love in the Balance

A man of quality is never threatened by a woman of equality. ― Jill Briscoe Do you like chess? I like chess, although I have never played chess. I like it for this reason― sort of a reminder: when the game is over, the King and the pawn go back in the same box. “The Pledge of Allegiance says 'liberty and justice for all'. Which part of 'all' don't you understand?” ― Pat Schroeder
